1. Pay-as-you-go Charges · 按次扣费
Each successful daily processing run is billed at USD $25. Failed runs and "empty days" (no orders processed) are not billed in the first place.

2. When You Can Get a Refund · 何时可申请退款
You may request a refund of the $25 per-run charge within 7 days of the run if any of these apply:
- The output PDFs are unusable (corrupted / blank / missing pages) for reasons attributable to the Service, not your warehouse system
- The run charged your balance but no PDF was produced
- Duplicate charge for the same run
遇到以下情况,您可在 run 发生后 7 天内申请该次 $25 的退款:产出 PDF 因本服务故障无法使用;扣费但无产出;同一 run 重复扣费。
3. Prepaid Balance Refund · 预存余额退款
Top-ups must be in multiples of USD $25 (each $25 covers exactly one run); there is no minimum top-up. Unused prepaid balance can be refunded back to your original payment method on request:
- Within 30 days of the latest top-up: full refund of the unused portion
- After 30 days: refunded after a 5% processing fee (covers Stripe fees)
- Already-consumed runs are not refunded retroactively

4. What Is Not Refundable · 不予退款
- Successful runs that produced valid PDFs, even if you forgot to print or no longer need them
- Runs that failed because of issues at your warehouse system provider (e.g., wrong credentials, account suspended at xlwms / birdsystem, your network)
- Runs that failed because of track-key reverse-engineering signature changes upstream — covered under "best-effort" automation, see Terms §6
不予退款:已成功产出 PDF 但您未使用;因您方仓库系统(账号错误、被封、网络问题)失败;因上游反爬签名变更导致的失败(尽力而为,详见服务条款第 6 条)。
5. How to Request · 申请方式
Send an email to [email protected] with:
- Your username or email registered with the Service
- The date / account / run ID you are disputing (or "全部余额退款" if requesting full balance refund)
- Brief description of the issue
We respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds via Stripe within 5 business days.
邮件发送至 [email protected],告知用户名 / 注册邮箱、争议的日期 / 账号 / run ID(或写"全部余额退款")、情况说明。两个工作日内响应;通过审核后 5 个工作日内由 Stripe 完成退款。
6. Disputes · 争议
If we cannot resolve a dispute through email, you may follow Stripe's chargeback process or escalate via your card issuer. We will cooperate with any legitimate chargeback investigation.
