2. Service Description · 服务说明
The Service automates daily warehouse order processing for authorized e-commerce sellers. It logs into customer-provided WMS / BirdSystem accounts on a scheduled basis, creates picking waves, finalizes shipments, and produces print-ready PDFs (manifests + shipping labels).
本服务为授权电商卖家提供仓库订单的每日自动化处理:在客户授权的时间段内登录客户提供的 WMS / 飞鸟系统账号, 创建波次,完成出库,生成可打印的合并 PDF(捡货单 + 面单)。
3. Account & Access · 账号与访问
You must provide accurate WMS / BirdSystem credentials and warehouse codes. You are responsible for keeping your password to the Service confidential. Sharing your warehouse account login credentials externally is not permitted.
您必须提供真实有效的 WMS / 飞鸟账号信息与仓库代码。请妥善保管登录本服务的密码;不得将本服务账号外泄。
4. Billing & Payment · 计费与支付
The Service uses a prepaid balance model. Each successful daily processing run for a single warehouse account is billed at USD $25. Failed runs and "empty days" (no orders) are not billed.
本服务采用预付费余额模式。每个仓库账号每天一次成功的自动化处理收费 USD $25。失败 / 空日(0 单)不计费。
- Top-up amount must be in multiples of USD $25 (each $25 covers exactly one run); no minimum top-up.
- 充值金额必须是 USD $25 的整数倍(每 $25 对应一次 run);无最低充值额。
- Charged via Stripe; you authorize automatic deductions from the balance
- Insufficient balance pauses processing the next day; you receive an email reminder
- 支持的付款方式由 Stripe 提供
5. Customer Obligations · 客户义务
- You confirm that you have the right to process the orders flowing through the warehouse accounts
- You are responsible for reviewing the daily output before printing and shipping
- The Service operates on best-effort basis; you must monitor the dashboard to catch failures
客户须确认对接入的仓库账号下流转的订单有合法处理权;每日产出需自行确认后再打印发货;系统按尽力而为运营,客户应自查看板。
6. Limitation of Liability · 责任限制
The Service is provided "AS IS". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruption, exceeding the total amount paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.
本服务"按现状"提供。任何间接、附带或后果性损失(含利润损失、业务中断)的赔偿额不超过索赔前 30 天内您实际支付金额。
7. Termination · 终止
You may stop using the Service at any time by signing out and not returning. We may terminate access if you violate these Terms or attempt to misuse the Service.
您可随时停止使用本服务。若违反本条款或滥用,我们可终止您的访问。
8. Changes to Terms · 条款变更
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted at the top of this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
